Hey i'm in my 5th season in franchise and my morale is dropping. We had a bad season last season but are dominating this season. I'm not udnerstand how to help with team morale. I figured wins would do it but it's not. Does anyone know how to improve team morale? or does anyone know a good website with answers for questions about this kinda stuff? they dont make worthwhile books included in the game anymore.
