DDW4 - 6 month site ban, 3 season ban and no-management list

DDW4 was found to have engaged in large-scale manipulation of stats in games in S25 going back to S23. In S25 alone, there were 9 recorded instances of stat manipulation and many more dating through S23-S24. Assists were added to his personal stats when they were not earned on a large scale and other game results were sometimes altered (a regulation win was changed to an OTL in S23, hits were added to a game this season, among others). Intent to falsify stats was proven by comparing the OCR results of each game to the final stats and then comparing that result with the "Public Log" for each game: In every case, the first manipulative edit was always done by hand by DDW4 as the OCR always picked up the correct results. Tris10 confirmed this finding.
Additionally, after a game was flagged for incorrect stats on late November, DDW4 went back through previous games in which stats were padded in an attempt to remove evidence that stat-padding had occurred. It's important to note that every action is traceable and provable. Leaguegaming records and archives what the OCR results were and Leaguegaming also tracks every manual stat and field change from what it was changed from, to what it was changed to, Who that user was and the date and time the change occurred. As a result DDW4 has been issued a 3 season ban, a 6 month site ban, and a no-management listing.

The BOG and admin staff have to re-open the Season 23 standings to re-certify the President Cup winner, including Banners and awards as it might be possible Buffalo did not outright win this honor.

Reference Article IV, section 5.4 of the league's constitution:

"5.3 : Circumvention or Falsifying any of the Site’s Systems or Forum

All information entered by management into the scheduling and stats system must be accurate. If intent is proven that an Owner/Manager falsified information on the website or website’s systems, it can result in a violation.

Punishment for non-compliance:

- Situation will have to be reviewed. Minor offences will result in a second degree violation; serious offences result in the Owner/Manager being removed."
