Arizona is leaving no stone un-turned, Seeking GM

If you are a top player on the PSN side and want to work closely with a group of guys to build the best possible team we can then send me a PM. PLEASE DO NOT reply to this thread if you have serious interest. We have 8 picks in the upcoming Draft and plan on filling our organization with some good talent through the Draft and hand picking players in bidding that we feel have the right attitude and thumb skills to help get this organization back on track. We handle everything as a committee on this team and no one person is EVER above the TEAM and NEVER makes the decisions on their own. We want continuity from top to bottom this season and that starts with making the right selection at General Manager. We take this VERY seriously and are embarrassed with how last season ended up for us and do NOT plan on making those mistakes twice. Which is why this decision is paramount to the success of our team. We like to have fun and that is something that got away from us last season and will NOT happen again this season. That all being said, this is a FULL time job as most of you know but I mean it when I say it. We want our managers to lead by example when it comes to playing the game and devoting your time to your team. When we are in season we expect the team to play games together on a regular basis outside of league play and that starts at the top. We CANNOT have a manager who is only on a couple times a week whether it is work related or personal related. If you can't and don't devote at minimum 5 days a week to this game then this is NOT the position for you. Once again PLEASE SEND ME A PM and we will talk.
