Please Vote! Getting Snaked

I was management last szn for the caps org and had ran the team with no problems... ECU when ever they needed... did not screw over the echl team... and had been told that i would receive the team again this szn till today... when i get the msg from said person going back on what he said... i built the team for me next szn and they just gave it to someone else

both sides perspective from outside pov, you didn’t get snaked. the nhl owner didn’t send you the offer yet, there’s 3 weeks until next season, it would be one thing if the teams were all filled then yea. the nhl owner can choose any one he wants due to the fact it’s their organization team and doesn’t matter what you did previous season. it sucks but that’s part of managing a lower league

I mean, look at the guy who is replacing you. He’s owned a team to a Calder Cup & Memorial Cup. It’s shit yeah, but they wanted to get the best available I guess, idk man. It’s shitty to be told one thing and another thing happens, but very valuable lessons to be learned.

 

There were ALOT of problems with the AHL. But apparently there were none but what do I know.

I mean if the owner said he'd be back next season and then changed his mind he did get snaked. Still sucks and not much you can do but yeah by gamer definition he was snaked. I'd be pissed if I made moves to build for next year and then lost my team after being told I was keeping it.
