Myself along with Detroit management would like to congratulate one of the leaders in our room, @BobbyStokers233 on his record breaking performance this season. The previous single season PIMs record of 126 has been shattered, as Bobby currently sits at 181 and counting. This accomplishment deserves site-wide recognition, as the previous PIMs record has stood for 27 seasons. Bobby's heart and dedication to Detroit was specifically on display versus the Seattle Kraken on Monday night, as things started to get out of hand when the score got ran up. @FleuryGaming decided to snow our goalie in the dying seconds and resulted in Bobby receiving 32 PIMs in that game alone. HockeyTown was on their feet to say the very least. We would like to thank Bobby for his ongoing dedication to the league and to the city of Detroit, keeping old school original 6 hockey alive.

The question now becomes, can he break the all-time Single Season record in LG as a whole (currently held in the CHL record-books by @Go Bar South23)?

As someone with 112 PIMS in 341 career games and 4 straight seasons as an owner where my entire team had less than 175 PIMS, im not sure whether to be impressed or not with this record. Gotta respect it I guess.
The real question, can he break the single game record set by @Im Sean Avery in S31. I believe 45Pim in a single game is the record
I once had 218PIMs in a season. Now the stats are fucked and give 10PIMs instead of 5 for fighting. This is how @Go Bar South23 break my record for PIMs in a season. If you look at the time on ice, when I had my 218 season the fighting pim were 5mins not 10mins like now. Guess they bump it up because they didnt like seeing the real PIM OG on top.
It was 49. And it was when a fight was giving 5mins, not 10mins like now. 112pim in the week if I recall. With the new API you fight 4 times and get 40PIMs while still being able to play 40mins, horrible.
