The Longest Losing Streak in the AHL belongs to the S18 Utica Comets Utica Lost 30 straight games to finish their season (3 and half weeks worth of losing games), Currently the Manitoba Moose have lost 20 straight games. Could we be seeing history this season or will the Moose finally win a game? For Reference the Worst team in the AHL Ever (and arguably the worst team ever) was the S12 Manitoba Moose whose longest losing streak was 20 straight games, That team finished with a record of 8 - 73 - 1. I Personally gave that team their first loss and then lost 7 straight games and I was eventually sent down to the CHL. This team had the most losses out of any PSN team EVER. The Worst losing streak ever in any PSN league belongs to the S14 Kansas City Mavericks who lost an incredible 41 straight games to finish their season to have a final record of 7 - 61 - 4 remember this is CHL team they only play 72 games, So that's not just half the season It's over half the season. That's right 4 and half weeks of losing. Incredible.
I've never felt more miserable than those two weeks I played with the S12 Moose, and I played on some absolutely terrible teams... Glad I had a trade request to get out of there ASAP.
The Manitoba moose did set a new franchise record for longest lossing streak in a season at 21 but managed to take down the Texas Stars in the next game!
