How to Play Defensemen in NHL 23

This is not a troll or ego post. I am just passionate about playing proper defense, and made a youtube video of me re watching one of my games pointing out proper defensemen positioning and gameplay. Just one man's thoughts on proper defense. Feel free to provide any feedback, defensemen I salute you.

They play you make with around 10:10 left in the 3rd while on the penalty kill is probably the most important defensive play of the game.

D to D passes is vital through out the game in case you dont get the puck a lot youll end up being cold.

He does look like he is in position but what I will say is that you and I both know that if that is a one tee perk (gold or silver) there is always a chance of that going in anyway.

That being said I'm not looking back at the video now to see if that perk is present or not.

 

@eaglesfan0036 sure is interested in a lot more than just playing Left Defenseman if you look at the twitch search bar

 

I like the yellow doesn’t sprint here (he does) but it allows him to make a great play(which led to a breakaway). Good stuff either way just doing some ball busting
