Thing is that every season we have to deal with guys from ahl/chl who thinks they can comes up and do well while it never works. Nhl players don't wanna play for management that are not skilled enough to be worth the free contracts, you don't have a team yet and you probably already lost your locker

A good owner would not waste a free contract on a ahl/chl player, so if you guys coming from ahl/chl really were good nhl owners, you would not take teams... Doesn't makes sense

I said it never works but sure a few can do it, but what's the ratio sucess / failling tho. 1-10% sucess for 90-99% failling? Anyway you know like me that most people are unhappy to join teams with management not worth free contracts, it's just an hard time for everyone that could be avoid overall

If I remember well the last ahl management that took nhl past 2 seasons looked like: stavio,Pepsi,stxzle,pawiddy,waldo,greek and there’s 4/6 that made the play offs..
