The Frank J. Selke Trophy is awarded annually to the National Hockey League forward who demonstrates the most skill in the defensive component of the game (including but not limited to goals against, takeaways, FO%, +/-, win %, SOS, OEE, and personal PK%). It was shown before on the forums by @Dradavich how scoring has increased in NHL20, so I personally feel like Selke nominees deserve a lot of credit for just being considered for this award.
