Thanks to @Duncan Queeef I fixed my delay if you think you have a delay go to you're advanced network settings/alternate ports/manual and pick the highest number worked for me my whole life was a lie
was getting 40 ping almost all my games in the last few days, changed the ports and finally started seeing 20-24 on a regular basis last night, definately seems to do something. Thnx for sharing
It's really bad on the ps4 side as well i believe it's just the Ea servers with this covid virus going on it freezes madly on me also its really frustrating!
you can't set the number you want , you pick the higher one from the options they give you ( i dont know if picking the higher one helps or just picking another one that the automatic one) i don't think you can be elite and have the delay i had honestly ...... if one of you had the delay i had and was playing the game on a high level i respect you lol ( i would say the feeling was like 150 ping)
yea I got it now thanks, just weird cause the port was 54486 and I already had it port forwarded on my router, should I just use another one then?
I would just recheck to see if there is any numbers higher sometimes at a later time more ports get added
@a1xFREAKx13 @x Gallyy the reason this will only work is possibly because each port is kind of designated to it's own area. Such as port 3074 which is specific for Xbox Live. The higher the port you choose could be pick of the litter on who is on that port maybe? There is a list online that specifies which port you select that belongs to which thing. Like 29000 or some shit is for Nintendo Online. So while this may fix it for a short period of time it will not be a permanent solution. EA simply needs to get their shit together.
