Hello Everyone, So looks like the traffic we generated on EA has cause some server issues, specifically with the API. The API does a request to EA's server and they return the stats, that request can sometimes take a minute or so each request or simply timeout. I've added some code to all our requests to wait longer, but that's simply the best i can do for now. I've emailed my contact at EA to give them a heads up. Some people can get stats from their games last night. It's my belief that if you played club challenge, your stats are safe in EA's servers. We tested the API during pre-season and FNP and it was confirmed to work for NHL 18. So this has to be a stress issue. The OCR has been updated to work for NHL 18. If you wanted to use this as an alternative for now. Thank you for your patience.
Tris, if you guys need help - i own a web development company out of Pittsburgh - no charge - we can help though
@ImaDoer3 & @Halakness I would suggest we manually input the stats. God knows how long this can take & you wouldn't want the game stats to start backing up on us seeing we have games today / tomorrow. With the hopes this is fixed fast it seems unclear of a timetable.
@Tris10 I don't see a player that played in the LG Member drop down. Any ideas what could cause this and how to get around it?
So basically because of LG, this why is the game lags and runs like shit? Man, we have come a long way....
This is an important lesson to always make sure somebody on your line is streaming and archiving that stream Advanced
Apperciate that, but the issue isnt with our servers, Ours held up fine last night with the extra traffic on LG, the issue is with EA's servers
