S5 Grand Rapids Griffins seeking GM/AGM

Hello,

As I will be continuing on as the Detroit Red Wings owner for season 5, I am starting my search for a GM/AGM for the Griffins.

In order to be considered, you must:

- Know LG's guidelines and policies, treat other members with the utmost respect.
- Know the rules of LG PSN, both on and off ice.
- Know where to find rules to back up your decisions.
- Be able to advocate for yourself and your team.
- Communicate Well. Both in the sense of how often and how well you can effectively communicate what you are trying to say.
- LG Management experience is not a must, but you need to spend the time to learn the management tools if you are not already familiar with them.
- Work with your TC's and provide me with information on the team as a whole (TC's included)
- Be able to effectively arrange ECU's on short notice.
- Must not be named @Shortshadey14 .

LG experience: (when & where) s2 i ran a CHL team where we got eliminated in the 1st round. I played C that year. S3 I was a Goalie who played on EDM half the season then went down to the AHL.. and s4 I was C again on the ducks then went down to the condors.

As GM or AGM; What makes you believethat you can run a successful team? : i think i can run a successful team because i know a lot of people who have skills and i also know a lot about the rules.it would be a stress free & fun season and i hope i can get the opportunity to run the Griffins.

I want to win and will gladly enjoy you do what u want with the team to what you see fit. I understand NHL priority comes first and will not be buthurt by that.
