Hello! Sorry about missing week 3, but due to the Keapps situation I had too much on my plate last Saturday (Sorry @xTOMMYxWINGELSx ) Eastern Conference: Surprise: New York Rangers 7-2-0 @Bake703 has finally gotten a week that isn't just "average". These are the weeks you need to secure playoff positions. The defense with @BLISDON stood tall and held every team in check. Both @cup4blues and @PitcheRxSwaGx rocking sub 2.5 GAAs and over 80 SV% shows the overall team success. The offense also cashing in on the PP at 31% is also a good thing. If they can continue to maintain those two aspects of their game expect more 6-7 win weeks from this squad. Disappointment: Buffalo Sabers 2-5-2 It is a shame to see such a good team get utterly destroyed by trades. Marc jumping ship essentially made the team leaderless for the immediate future since all veterans of the team were moved over the course of this season. Ryan and OfficialMark seem to have no interest in taking charge. Props to @Duky for trying to assemble lines without any help from either manager and also to @a1xFREAKx13 for stepping up to the plate for what could be a rocky season of he doesn't right the ship. Western Conference: Surprise: Vancouver Canucks 7-2-0 With the departure of "The best defensive center in the league" in HockeyTownHero you would expect them to start to decline. The exact opposite happened this week it appears, with @D4N USA and @John Bri I 7 I heading the squad that tallied 37 goals this week. If only @Burning Wolves and the rest of the third line could step up you'd potentially see a 8 win week, but you cannot be upset with their current results. Disappointment: Chicago Blackhawks 4-4-1 @JBT appears to not be happy with his current defense. Trading away 2nd overall pick @NikLidstrom420 is evidence of that. This is a team that appears to be struggling to score and at minimum maintain possession to minimize opposition scoring. 23 goals for (especially when 5 were against me who couldn't make a save) doesn't look pretty. Combined with a -15 minute TOA difference there appears to be some issue with the offense. JBT seems to think it must be an issue with breakouts. How JBT trades may decide their playoff chances in a stacked Western Central.
I buy that explanation... The top 4 teams in the Atlantic combined for like 8 or 9 wins last week lol.
All the kids on this guys dick all flamed me for saying it. The dude has a mentality of a 12 year old. Brodie you owe me money AGAIN @LG McDonald
The only groupme message I have saved on my phone is Marc Savard telling me to get good. This was after being sent to the third line on a team that won the President's trophy. Makes me laugh every time I see it. @a1xFREAKx13
