XXLG Super Bowl XXVIII Recap Jets @ Lions....AGAIN. Let me just start off by saying that going into this game, I was clearly the underdog. Not being able to put up much of a fight in last season's biggest game and finding myself facing the OTHER G.O.A.T. of the league AGAIN!!! I thought to myself if I lose 3 STRAIGHT Super Bowls to the 5 time Super Bowl Winner, I'll officially become the Roger Federer to Hanso's Rafa Nadal. I needed this win just to avoid the psychological effect of having lost 3 Super Bowls to the same guy and having all summer to think about it... I needed to win just to feel as if I still was good enough to win against an A1 player on the biggest stage. Also, I thought the undefeated Hanso of last season had final came back down to earth, if I was going to win it would be now or never. SO without further ado, here is the recap with voice overs... Down 6-0 Jets find the endzone and would take the lead 7-6 into half time. Lions retake the lead. Lions driving up 13-7 but the Jets force a mistake Jets would tie the game 13-ALL and force OT to set up this plays Jets win 19-13!!! Great game all around. Finally got back to the top. Not looking forward to a reloaded Hanso.
